“My first impressions of Paul and the team for Clumber Consultancy was that they were really empathetic to the fact that there were quite a few people in the room that had not only lost their jobs of many years but also the working relationships that were built along the way when our company became insolvent.
“There was so much appreciation for the situation we found ourselves in (quite unexpectedly). Clumber gave ample time and opportunity for people to ask any questions, including quite a few of us that had no choice but to attend the meeting virtually.
