Clumber Consultancy, the specialist Pensions and ERA Service provider for the UK insolvency market, has announced the opening of a new office in Leicester.
Based at The Old Rectory in Glenfield, it will be headed up by Paul Milton and Lisa Scott, who joined Clumber Consultancy to further strengthen its Employment Rights Act (ERA) offering for Insolvency Practitioners in late 2019.
Clumber Consultancy’s primary focus is compliance and ensuring that employees receive what they are entitled to, during or post an insolvency appointment.
In the last 6 months they have welcomed three new senior experts to the team which is led by Managing Director Darren Toms from its Nottinghamshire headquarters.
Darren Toms comments;
‘Paul and Lisa both joined us in 2019 to help us to develop our ERA support services team. This is a very niche area that requires specialist advice and is a key part of Clumber’s growth. Even in the relatively short time that they have been with us we have been able to further boost our reputation within the ERA market and the opening of our new Leicester office is testimony to that.’
Paul Milton has over 30 years of experience in the sector, having begun his career at
Pannell Kerr Forster in Leicester in 1987, before joining Stoy Hayward (now RSM UK) at
the start of the 1990 recession.
Lisa Scott began her career with BDO UK LLP in the ERA team, working as the first point of contact for employees whose employers had gone into Insolvency and has 12 years of experience in this specialist role.

Opening a new office was always something we had planned to do and Leicester was our preferred location due to our experience in the city and the local market opportunity but also due to its location which allows us to easily access our client base across the UK.
